1 Return policy and right of cancellation for customised products
We would like to point out that under European law the 14-day cancellation period does not apply to
- goods that are made to customer specifications or are clearly personalised, and
- digital online content if you have started to download it and you have agreed that you lose your right of cancellation when you start to download it.
By integrating individual questions and answers from the customer, customised digital products, or individualised print products, are created. Since the individualised products are specially made according to the specifications of the customer and are tailored to their personal needs, the right of withdrawal for distance selling contracts pursuant is excluded in accordance to 312 g para. 1 BGB as per § 312 g para. 2 no. 1 BGB.
2 Errors or quality problems with digital products
Please always check the created product before concluding the purchase contract. Should there be any spelling mistakes or quality defects in the digital product, please contact us via [email protected]
3 Damage or defects in print options
Please check your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is faulty or damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess and correct the problem.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your parcel.
Items that are returned to us without a return having been requested will not be accepted.

3 Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted according to our policy, make a separate purchase for the new item.
4 Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
