We are a small company that passes on the printing to our partner. Currently only the options shown are available. However, please let us know at [email protected] if you are missing an option. We will do our best to provide more sizes in the future. However, you can also use the digital version at any time to have the puzzle printed in the desired size by your local print provider.

As we are new, we are starting with a small selection of printing options. Please let us know if you have any other ideas for printing (cards & postcards, flyers, wall art, mobile phone covers, calendars, photo books, ...) and we will do our best to realise them in the future. If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the product you received get in touch within 15 days of receiving the item and we’ll do everything we can to investigate and find a solution.

Color consistency

Printing is a chemical process and 100% consistency cannot be achieved. Multiple factors influence the color, consistency, and final result: machine type, machine settings, paper types, humidity in the room, and when the machine was last cleaned, just to mention a few examples. Color variations that may occur due to the above-mentioned reasons lie within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered under our quality guarantee.

Shipping within Germany costs €4.99. If you would like to have your order delivered abroad, insured shipping costs €13.99 for deliveries within the EU. We currently do not deliver outside the EU. Use the digital download in combination with local print shops. More details you can find in our Shipping Policy .

Yes, (in Germany) you can also have your parcel delivered to a packing station. Please make sure that you enter the delivery address correctly as follows: First name Last name Packstation XXX Postcode Postcode City. Our system automatically suggests the various options using auto-complete.

A delivery address cannot be changed as it is transferred to the logistics centre for shipping preparation at the same time as your shipment. During business hours (Mon-Fri from 9am-4pm) we can try to intercept the order within 30 minutes of your order and change it to a new delivery address. However, as we are a small company, we cannot always guarantee these response times.

Since the individualised products are specially manufactured according to the customer's specifications and are tailored to their personal needs, the right of withdrawal is excluded.

For packages lost in transit, please get in touch with us within 15 days from the estimated delivery date. We'll be happy to send a replacement order on your behalf.

As a small business we are exempt from VAT according to § 19 UstG.
