1 Processing Times
The personalised crossword puzzle is available as a digital download immediately after payment. All orders with a print job are processed within 1-3 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receipt of the order. Please note that processing times may vary due to high order volumes.
2 Shipping Method
Our partner Gelato ASA takes care of the dispatch of print orders. Gelato works with over 40 shipping service providers worldwide such as DHL, FedEx, Royal Mail, Blue Dart, ZTO Express, etc. The choice of shipping service provider for an order is based on a number of factors, such as the country of production, the country of delivery, the selected shipping method and the total weight of the order, and is determined by Gelato. The shipping service providers available for your order can be checked at checkout.
3 Delivery Time and Shipping Costs
The delivery time includes receipt of the order, production and delivery. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. You will see the final costs and delivery times at the checkout.
